A lovely hotel, Park Hotel Singapore is very close to the night-life area Clarke quay.
The room rates are mid range.
There are plenty of dining outlets in the area, with wonderful quality choices. There is also an onsite bar where you can relax with a drink They are, however, generally not the budget types, and you will have to do a search for cheaper food outlets.
Although the rooms are generally smaller than the respective classes, they are clean and well kept. The staff are friendly and helpful.
The hotels also boasts an excellent swimming pool. Chances are that you’ll like it if you have the time to dip into the pool.
As it is so close the Singapore River, it is great for people who like to do their morning walk. You can walk along Robinson Walk, Clarke Quay and North Quay.
Although location wise, the hotel is centrally located, the MRT (subway) station is not within the walking distance. There is no problem if you are willing to take public buses or taxi.
Orchard Road is not far away, and you can walk there if you like to. My suggestion is to take a taxi instead, and ask the driver to take you to the heart of the shopping belt.
The Hotel Park Clarke Quay has 336 rooms from which guests can choose. The rooms feature air conditioning, bathrooms, and hairdryers among their amenities.

Just across the street, you can find many things you need, from convenience stores to shops and eateries. Entertainment establishments are within reach. Changi International Airport is just a 20-minutes drive away.
Amara Singapore Hotel features 380 rooms, which are comfortable, clean and well-kept. In addition to the minimalist themed lobby, there is a lovely Balinese-style resort pool. The in-house restaurants include the iconic Silk Road and Thanying restaurants.
The hotel is maybe not be close to the famous shopping street Orchard Road, but the MRT can take you anywhere in minutes.
